Lori Gonzales
Principal, Business Consultant and Project Director

Teaming with long-time friend and colleague Marta Olsen to launch Epoch Day Solutions at the begining of 2009, Lori was ready to utilize her over 20 years of experience to help other business' flourish.

Prior to setting out on her own, Lori was the Senior Project Manager and Corporate Trainer for MEDSEEK, Inc., a web technology company providing services to the healthcare industry. During her eight years with MEDSEEK, Lori managed many high profile, multi-million dollar clients like; Childrens Hospital of San Diego & Los Angeles, the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, and Dr.Greene.com - which she continues to work with to this day. Her tenacity to manage projects on-time and on-budget were only exceeded by her desire to partner with her clients, going above and beyond in customer service.

Throughout her career Lori has leveraged her ability to execute a multitude of projects in various fields of business. As an Assistant Producer of a daily cable network television show, Aleene's Creative Living, she managed sponsors, supervised segment producers and production crew, as well as wrote and edited scripts, and coordinated and maintained all shooting schedules. Before enjoying her 15 minutes of fame in the television industry, Lori worked her way up at TCO Insurance Services, a national commercial insurance company. Again, wearing many hats, she perfected her project managment skills in the development of MIS guidelines, managing budgets, and training staff.

When not taking care of her clients, Lori enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as nurturing her new joint venture OWN - Organized Women’s Network, a networking group focused on career women of the California central coast.
 

Marta Olsen
Prinicpal, Marketing Consultant, Creative Director

Marta co-founded Epoch Day Solutions in early 2009 following a successful five year venture as the Director of Marketing for MEDSEEK/CareSeek, Inc., a web technology company for the healthcare industry. As a self-starter, it was only natural that she bring her expertise and craft to her own business. This has allowed her to work hand in hand with her good friend and partner, Lori Gonzales, to team with, and promote, primarily local business' within her own community.

During her time as MEDSEEK's marketing director, Marta became proficient at running successful, multi-channel campaigns both online and off. Most notably, she launched and managed over 20 websites, developed and produced a monthly newsletter/Webinar campaign designed to educate and promote product, partners, and clients. She managed their annual user’s conference for their 500+ client base in various cities throughout the US, and managed the annual tradeshow initiatives for multiple industry shows each year.

Previously, Marta was a Sr. Merchandising Planner for Kinko's, Inc. where she managed in-store marketing campaigns with partners like, Kodak, Citibank, and FedEx, as well lead a multi-department team on their national holiday program for four consecutive years - averaging a 20% increase over each previous year.

Marta has been involved in the marketing world for over 18 years, from bricks and mortar merchandising and buying, to print and advertising, to the World Wide Web. Married with two children, she enjoys a balanced life of work, family and play, usually accompanied by her camera, as well as nurturing her new joint venture OWN - Organized Women’s Network, a networking group focused on career women of the California central coast.
